These Terms of Service govern your use of the NeverMiss AI website and service, operated by KKG Media . By booking a demo, starting a trial, or subscribing to the service, you agree to these terms.
NeverMiss AI provides an AI-based call answering and appointment booking service for medspas and similar businesses ("the Service"). The Service is configured per customer and connects to your existing business phone number to answer calls, provide information, and schedule appointments.
New customers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or discontinue use of the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in U.S. dollars, starting on the date you confirm a subscription. Pricing for current plans is listed on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellation timing and billing cycles.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g., telephony or hosting providers), or factors outside our control may affect availability.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKG Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed or mishandled calls, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
