• Information you give us directly — your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you book a demo, fill out a contact form, or sign up for the service.
• Scheduling information — when you book a demo via Calendly, Calendly collects and processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
• Call and booking data (for active customers) — call recordings, transcripts, and appointment details processed by the AI receptionist on your business's behalf, used solely to deliver the service to you.
• Website usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and general location, if and when we enable an analytics tool (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use this information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to demo requests and inquiries
• Set up, operate, and support the AI receptionist service for paying customers
• Send service-related communications (appointment confirmations, account updates)
• Improve the website and service based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell your information or your callers' information to third parties.

4. Caller data and your customers

If you use NeverMiss AI, callers to your business may interact with our AI receptionist. Call data is used only to deliver the service to you (e.g., booking appointments, answering questions) and is retained for 90 days from the date of each call, after which it is permanently deleted unless you have specifically requested otherwise in writing. You are responsible for informing your own customers about automated call handling as required by your local laws.

5. Data sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate (such as scheduling, hosting, or communications tools), bound by confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to provide the service. We do not share data for advertising purposes.

6. Data retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days and permanently deleted thereafter. Account and contact information (name, email, business details) is retained for as long as your account is active, or up to 12 months after your last interaction with us. Contact us at any time to request earlier deletion.

7. Your rights
