1. Who we are
Auranex ("Auranex", "we", "us") is an AI receptionist service operated by KKG Media, a business based in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, request a demo, or use the Auranex service, and how we handle it. Our website is hosted at kkgmedia.in.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us – name, business name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact form, book a demo or sign up.
- Scheduling data – when you book through Calendly, Calendly processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
- Customer account and service data – business hours, service menus, pricing, FAQs, calendar connections and similar material you give us so the AI receptionist can work for your business.
- Call and message data (for active customers) – call audio or recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, appointment details and SMS messages handled by the AI receptionist on your behalf.
- Website usage data – basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, only if an analytics tool is enabled (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and demo requests.
- Set up, operate, secure and support the AI receptionist for customers.
- Send service messages such as account updates, call summaries and appointment confirmations.
- Improve the website and service using aggregated or de-identified patterns.
- Meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Our role: customers and their callers
When a business uses Auranex, the business decides why and how its callers' information is used, and we process that information on the business's behalf to deliver the service. The business is responsible for giving callers any notices required by law, including that the call is handled by an AI system and, where required, that it may be recorded (see our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms).
5. Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days from the date of the call and then permanently deleted, unless you ask us in writing to keep them longer or delete them sooner. Account and contact information is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (for example hosting, telephony, voice and language-model providers, scheduling and email tools) and only as needed to provide it. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
7. International transfers
We are based in India and our customers are mainly in the United States. Information may therefore be processed in India, the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
8. Sensitive information (health and dental)
Auranex is designed to collect scheduling details (name, phone number, requested service and time), not medical histories. Dental practices, medspas and other health-related businesses should not ask callers to share detailed health information with the AI receptionist. Auranex is not a HIPAA business associate unless we have signed a written agreement saying so. See our Security page.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, the EU/UK under GDPR, or India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email kkgmedia1@gmail.com to make a request. If you are a caller to one of our customers, please contact that business first; we will help them respond.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; see our Security page for more.
11. Children
Auranex is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be shown by updating the date above.
