Refund Policy

1. Free trial

Every new customer gets a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment is collected during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel before it ends.

2. Monthly billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your billing date is set when your trial converts to a paid subscription.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime by emailing kkgmedia1@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll retain access until that date, and you won't be billed again afterward.

4. Refund eligibility

• "We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed, but you won't be charged again after cancelling."
• Or: "If the Service fails to be set up and operational within the agreed onboarding window, you're eligible for a full refund of that month's payment."

5. How to request a refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund under this policy, email kkgmedia1@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within [2-3 business days].

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our billing practices evolve. The version in effect at the time of your subscription applies to that billing cycle.
