Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

New customers may start with a 14-day free trial. If you do not continue, you owe nothing for the trial period.

2. Cancelling

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing kkgmedia1@gmail.com. Your Service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

3. Refunds

• Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, and we do not give pro-rated refunds for partial months.
• If you were charged in error, charged after you cancelled in writing, or the Service was materially unavailable through our fault for a significant part of the month, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and, where appropriate, refund or credit the affected amount.
• Third-party charges (such as your phone carrier) are not refundable by us.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory law where you live.
