SMS & Call Consent Terms
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These terms apply to text messages and automated calls sent by the Auranex Service on behalf of our customers.
1. Who sends the messages
Auranex sends messages (such as appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and missed-call texts) for and in the name of the business you contacted. That business is the sender and is responsible for obtaining your consent.
2. Consent
By giving your phone number to a business that uses Auranex (for example by calling and requesting a booking, or ticking a consent box on a form), you agree to receive transactional messages about that request. Marketing messages are sent only if you have given separate, express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email kkgmedia1@gmail.com. After you opt out you may get one final message confirming it.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
Phone numbers collected for messaging are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
